Fight Off the Chills

  • Take a hot bath (hot to the point where you will start sweating within five minutes),
  • Get out and dry off
  • Put on warm pajamas
  • Go to sleep under as many sheets as you can tolerate

There’s an easy way to see if your immune system is in equilibrium.

Reach around with your hand and feel the area around your big vertebra (that’s C7) right where your neck and shoulders meet.

If it’s cold, cover it up and allow it to warm up. This is especially important if you’re outside in cold weather or wind.

Keep the area covered and warm to prevent your immune system from going offline.
